The books have missing pages, the TOC is not linked or incorrectly linked and the chapters are not divided properly. CHILDREN'S BOOK FORMATTING
Illustrated books are the hardest to format. The pictures are either too small or too large, or shift to the next page, so you end up with half empty pages. If the pictures are not embedded correctly, they might end up on a different page or in the middle of a sentence.
